I mean our staff ranks were Administrator > Moderator > Manager
So asking mods to do something is a bit confusing. Even if somewhere in some code on this site all of these staff ranks are denoted as "moderators" only the admin class can actually change folks ranks. Asking moderators is about equivalent to asking all users since that would also include the admins
