yeah Fidlar is basically a mix of pop punk, skate punk, and surf punk

i think their self-titled album rules and is a generally good entry point for them. it's really only their most recent album that sucks though (and it really does suck lmao) and they only have two other LPs so

my world religions teacher in community college used to be in a band with a few of the beach boys called the rip chords, he also wrote a book about how animals should be treated as equal to humans
