Title: I need some Anti-Virus Software

My computer gets random IE pop ups while I'm using Firefox and it's usage is always at 100%.
I need something that can fix it plox.
Programs I have:
AVG 7.5
Spybot search and destroy
Windows Defender
Ad Aware SE Personal
Advanced Windows Care V2 Personal

I get those too, and I was going to reccommend AVG.

I doubt anyone wants to download like ten gigabytes of ISOs, burn them to five different CDs and install them.
