i assume the weird little top bar thing that pops up occasionally? i've literally only ever seen it for like half a second at longest lol

It pops up whenever I try to quote a post but that could easily be explained by my internet being slow as shit

somerimes it's gone instantly sometimes it takes 30 seconds
