i'd give a couple letter names . i had a relative known as JD. everyone asked him wat it stood for but it didnt stand for anything. i think there's an author known as JD so i couldnt do that one but something like that

i knew a guy named MD once

he didn't know what it stood for when asked, but i got curious and looked it up and apparently the name md as an abbreviation for muhummad is not uncommon in bangladesh (he was from bangladesh) lol

i also just remembered that i once knew a girl named mint, but i imagine that name isn't as unusual in the philippines as it seems in the us lol

I'd give them one of the names that the Chinese people use as their American names, albeit they sometimes sound like stripper names like Candy or Sugar
