Title: The Boyager; or An Ode to the Noposter
Post by: Kalahari Inkantation on June 07, 2018, 10:13:53 AM
Should I not post, think only this of me:
That there's some section of another site
That is forever Boyah. There shall be
In that rich text a richer word concealed;
A word that Boyah bore, shaped, made alive;
Gave, once, her posts to love, accessed through Chrome,
A member of Boyah's, gracing her archives,
Blessed by Doodthing, the page we call home.

And think, this heart, though it may stray away:
A pulse in the eternal mind, no less -
Gives somewhere back the thoughts by Boyah given.
Her words and wisdom; hopes happy as her day;
And laughter, learnt of friends; and gentleness;
In each noposter ever lasts Doodthing's essence.

I am the Bone of my Post
Boyah is my Body and Doodthing is my Blood.
I have created over a Thousand Posts,
Unknown to Sleep,
Nor known to Life.
Have withstood 404 Errors to create many Shitposts
Yet those Hands will never hold Anything.
So, as I Pray--
Unlimited Nopost Works

I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless tentacles of stone
Stand in the desert... near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed;

And on the message board, these words appear:
'My name is Doodthing, king of kings,
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away
'you barely changed anything!'
yeah but it works
