Title: kill me
Post by: Hiro on May 31, 2017, 08:54:02 PM
I don't know how it happened but my folder of desktop backgrounds that my computer is set to shuffle through every minute just disappeared today. I have no idea where it went, and I've been slowly building and editing that folder for the past ~5 years. i'm really weird about shit like that and I'm really fucking sad about this what do i do fuck
nothing else seems to be missing from my computer, though I wouldn't be surprised if more is fucked up, since I updated to the Windows 10 Creators Update it seems to have fucked with a bunch of little things on my computer and crashes more frequently, loses bluetooth connection etc (and yes I've updated my drivers)
I guess share some nice desktop backgrounds, and I'll have to got on /wg/ for a few days/weeks/months
kill me

a system restore or update rollback might be worth trying

if you remember any of the filenames, a third-party search program might help

my current hunch is that i somehow accidentally dragged the folder into my recycle bin, which I proceeded to empty

in moments of true desperation i system restore no matter how unlikely it is that a system restore would actually fix my particular problem
