going to take a ferry to a nice area and bike ~110 miles over two days with some coworkers. pretty stoked since it is my first time loading bike up for something like this, and it will be my first time hammock camping. i got all my sleep gear in the one pannier and then the saddle bag as tools and misc stuff (that bag is actually huge on the inside- i love it). i also happened upon some free bike shoes and then bought some clipless pedals today and HOLY SHIT i am one with my bike
if i wanted to do a proper tour id need to throw on my second pannier and load it up with more living stuff (food, stove, etc) but this is fine for a more lowkey trip like what we're doing

sorry gushy post i just love biking giggle;
I need to find something to be that passionate about. It would be a healthy step in the right direction.
Definitely good to have hobbies that have positive health benefits
Well we rode ~60 miles yesterday and drank a bunch of beer around town. I was a little drunk and forgot about my new pedals I fell over twice forgetting to unclip lol
