how much equity should i ask for boyah. i wasnt a literal founder but i was one of the first people, i got them on their feet and got them to be successful. but ive been out of the picture for about a year, busy being a dumb journo and being a dumb cripple, never at the same time though.

any good rental houses out there

all i ever wanted in life was a passive income. but pretty sure yall poor af. any new hipster towns popping up with all the hipsters moving in? like oakland used to be shitty ghetto but now its basically san francisco.

in the philly area there are a bunch of neighborhoods like this. hipster areas with young blood and new money coming in and driving development and property prices.

philly's being gentrified now too?  is there no hope for our inner-cities
