so i got a bunch of pens and markers and shit and one of those pen marker cups and i always put my markers with the tip up and pens with the tip down.
what do you guys think about this philosophical question. what kind of arrangement philosophy do you follow. i don't like laying shit down, that's a cop out.
idk what you're getting at with the pens lol but that sounds like a fine pen formation. i keep my pens in an open tin in a drawer in my office desk.
id consider myself an "optimistic nihlist." i think we have absolutely zero significance to the rest of the universe and we are basically just larger and smarter ants. i dont believe in the soul and i think when you are dead that's it. but i dont think all this is a bad thing. if it's all meaningless, who cares if you dont make very much money? who cares if you get a speeding ticket? you're gonna fucking die and be dead forever anywhere so it doesnt matter happydood;
you always keep the tip pointing up
if that cup is 17 y/o get those pens out
uve already left too many markers
theyre stuck
bled fluid
If they have a cap the cap is always up idk
I put fake flowers around my pens
i went overboard with my post
i used to organize things and keep my desk orderly now i just throw stuff everywhere and it gives the illusion that i actually do something

No one touches my desk. It's piles of bills, junk mail, notes written on envelopes, research papers, pens, pencils, games and books.
You touch it and you die.

yah i woke up at 3am i didnt read the post very clearly lol
in terms of arrangment i need everything to be easily accessible and have a definite place. now that i have the raspberry pi setup things are slightly more chaotic.
my main desk is usually empty with my thermos and an open faced calendar (http://www.muji.us/store/stationery/calendar-planner/recycled-paper-monthly-kraft-note-a5-1.html) on it. Main drawer has pens, tea, markers and ink for said markers.
