What's weird is that I'm pretty sure it was working when I tested it last week on my Mac but it's not wroking on Win10

BUT I know it's not a Windows issue because internal IPv6 communication works, so it's something between the router and servers.  My only guess is that the mac is emulating IPv6 with a tunnel or some shite.
