smw by far giggle;
Pokemon Red. It's not even that it's "oh a game I really like from my childhood." No. I got it and Blue (but played Red first and for a lot more) for Christmas 1998. I didn't even really know anything about Pokemon except that I wanted it. Just seeing the intro sequence from either of those games transports me to being 7 and sitting behind the couch in my living room, meeting Professor Oak, learning what Pokemon are, etc. It's a really powerful memory trigger, and it seriously almost feels like being a kid again. It's amazing.
sonic adventure
really though I have no idea, I'm sure there are a few but I don't know what it would be, probably many random games I played from ages 8-15
Starcraft bw
Super Metroid maybe.
Put a lot of time in it to just get stuck and the have the save files get erased for some reason and then being able to get farther in the game afterwards.
Or maybe link's awakening or Tetris, playing some of those game boy games for so long your eyes go fuzzy and you still hear the music and sound after the games turned off. (And sometimes you find out it really wasn't turned off.)
Golden Sun
punch-out and skate or die 1 and 2
I think either oot or pokemon red/gold
Oot was the first game I ever played on the n64 and it blew my mind with my only previous experience being on the commodore 64. Everything was so vastly better, the graphics, the music, having an actual world... Pokémon was crazy for me. I had no idea what it was but my dad got it for me with a Gameboy pocket. It was amazing. I had dreams for such a long time of being a real pokemon trainer. It's the game that really got me into games.
Donkey Kong Country 2, probably
