285 GB usable space on my hddddddddddddddddddddddd on my laptop, and like 150 or 200 GB on my desktop (I think)

And I have two 1 terabyte external drives and a 500 GB external

And a 32 GB flashdrive, two 8 GB drives, a 4 GB drive and a 1 GB drive. (I use the 32 and an 8 for my 360 though.)

They're recognized as one device by the OS

I can't decide which I store stuff on. Stuff is put on the SSD and moved to the other disk if it's not frequently accessed. Many HDDs over 1tb consist of multiple plates and this isn't really any different

Just today I got a 128GB SSD in the mail, which is now my primary OS drive (dual-boot) for my main computer. Before, I was using a 32GB SSD with only Linux, and before that I had a 1TB drive for dual-boot which died.

I have two 2TB HDDs: one for just anime (which is almost full), one for all my other personal/user data (documents, non-anime videos, ISO rips, etc)

No RAID nor backups for anything.

My main laptop is a Chromebook which has only a 16GB SSD by default n_u
