I've been noticing. Whenever I'm having an off day or just got into an argument or whatever the first thing that crosses my mind is "damn I need a beer".

I wonder if the genetics of Alcoholism are rearing their head in me. Who knows. Maybe it's nothing. I've always heard drinking alone is a sign of alcoholism but I think that might be some bible belt ignorant bullshit.

i was deep in my lemonade habit. kicking back two gallons a day at my peak. 300,000 dollars lost. 56 is a hell of an age to start over. Goddamn sour juice. Never Again.

i don't really "drink alone" to where i'd be getting anything more than a buzz but lately i've been enjoying a cider or a beer with dinner or just for the heck of it. thats about it tbh. the only times i drank enough to get actually drunk were all social situations
