Title: Good Guac
Post by: Boogus Epirus Aurelius on June 01, 2014, 10:49:20 PM
Make it.

Guac Recipe
- 2 or 3 avocados (usually three)
- half a small onion (white or yellow)
- quarter to half of a green pepper (sometimes I do a mix of slivers of bell peppers - green, red, yellow, orange)
- 2 or 3 jalapenos chopped finely with the seeds
- 1 small tomato or half of a large one
- garlic salt
- lime juice from a fresh lime (Normally, I'll only squeeze half a lime)
*-Optional*- a few shakes of ghost pepper powder for a hotter dip.

Mix it.

Eat it up.

Guacamole is the best thing.

YPR i think your recipe perfect but I have 1 good addition: ANCHO CHILE POWDER (it's a slightly darker, smokier, tastes a little like dried chile skin powder)

good call on the garlic salt :O

And some days i mix in a can of flaked chunk tuna too  :3

guacamole would be edible if it didn't have onions
