His MSN is somewhere around here.
You've got to overcome NSider, it's losing it's appeal anyway. As days go by, I wonder why I even spent time there.

Why was your Eminem account banned?
Perhaps you should take this as a sign that you need to get a life.
I keep my alts to myself.
I have eight, I just save them for whenn I need them.

Amendments 9 and 10 of The United States Bill Of Rights protect the right to be free of unwarranted and unwanted government intrusion into one's personal and private affairs, papers, and possessions. Article 12 of The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."
Despite some charges to the contrary, anonymous Web surfing is not the sole province of criminals. Anonymity also serves whistle blowers, free speech advocates, and people just looking for personal privacy online. Privacy is not a crime and anonymity is not morally ambiguous or wrong, they are your right.

How does this apply when Nintendo is not the government?
Anyway, proxies are llegal, but they aren't failsafe. The mods can still see through it and ban your alts.

Nintendo isn't the government, but proxies aren't illegal. What I posted had nothing to do with Nintendo.

As far as I know, they can't. After all, proxies just make it look like you're using a different computer. But I can see how hostnames would give it away.

I've seen some people show bans where NOA calls out specifically who they are, even when they're using a proxy. Somehow they can see through it. jsr;
