Just add it to your library and if it doesn't stay there then oh well

Though if you mean right now, I can't at this very moment, plus I'd prefer to get at least somewhat acquainted with it first before going in and getting brutally slaughtered. sillydood;

it's one version. you buy it once and you're set. just start to download it and you're covered.
Also I'd be down for a L4D2 night. I'm not too bad at it lol
I'm at work anyway...and we could play co-op. giggle;
I am retarded, is four the maximum number of players?

co-op yes
For co-op, yes.
Versus can have 8 players. 4 being human and the other 4 being zombies.

so if i "bought it" by downloading the pc version and then just cancelled it, i can re-download it later at no charge???

almost certainly yes
once it's attached to your account it's yours
!!!!
now if i can just get the site to work
and i'm going to make an actual steam account right now instead of attaching it to that PSN/steam hybrid thing that my Portal 2 PS3 is attached to

yes, once you download it once it's yours forever. I buy a lot of my steam games while in OSX and then boot into windows and download them and play them there.

why would you do that
Quote from: Kefka on December 25, 2013, 07:19:45 PM
why would you do that
yeah srsly
when you eventually get a gaming-capable computer you'll be able to play cook community levels in portal 2, you won't have to buy it again
Quote from: Kefka on December 25, 2013, 07:19:45 PM

because i don't want my steam account to be "psn_kazberrykrunch"

if i ever want to do that, which will likely be almost never, i can just use the other account
that's literally the only game attached to that account, i didn't buy anything that's attached to it
also the ps3 version came with a steam redeemable code for a pc version of the game which i can just redeem on my new account anyway so

th-that's what i was talking about confuseddood;
i thought you had already redeemed it lol
nope
...uhh actually it seems the conditions for this one event are different
Quote from: http://store.steampowered.com/newsTo claim your L4D2 gift, all you need to do is install it.
If you don’t install, it goes back to its regular price and you miss out! The zombie apocalypse is more fun with friends so make sure to tell all your mates to install it as well.
So you
do have to install it, even though this isn't the case for any other game on Steam. awdood;
cantt you install it and then uninstall it and u keep it 4ever?
