i got many interactions with the police
i got 2 speeding tickets
i got an inspectoin sticker violations
i got a misdemeanor charge of operation of an unregistered+uninsured vehicle. this was dropped
I got my car towed from the lot on campus for a "parking violation". I got the ticket waived and the tow reimbursed since the fuckhead cop clearly didn't care/pay attention to the parking pass signed by her boss that says I am allowed to park in any marked parking stall (that isn't a fire lane, handicap spot, or reserved spot).
then about 2 months later i got another parking ticket and got that waived for the same fucking reason.
dumb ass campus police can't read.
also i had to speak to an officer about a robbery
oh another time i was drunk at a party and the police came because a noise complaint. it was not my house. i heard them knock and answered thinking it was someone at the party.
i was like 'oh fuck' closed the door and yelled 'victor the police are here' and then opened the door again
i think they understood i was drunk
i got charged with possession of drugs lol
i had an emotional breakdown at the mall and called 911
the police looked at my id and were going to involuntary commit me but then my mom found me
I was briefly banned from Siena College's campus
the only encounter i know of is during freshman year, one morning my mom was pulled over by a state trooper and the guy's partner stood outside my door and stared at me the entire time~

i got white privilege so when i was arraigned i only had to pay court fees for the charges to be dropped and nothing to show on my record

When I was like, 17 I worked in a restaraunt and I had to clean the freezer out. We baked our own bread so there were mountains of frozen bread in the freezer. i was told to throw them away. i put them all in a garbage bag, and threw the bag in the back of my truck (this is like, a crazy black garbage bag you put leaves in an shit)
on the way home, i stop near my friends house. I pull into this field and grab the bag of old frozen bread and place the loaves onto his car. like thirty loaves of bread. after i have placed the brea d onto the car i head bck to my truck. i pull into reverse and cant make it out. i start spinning wheels andd i bury my car up to the tailpipe. I walk home.
The next day I wake up to cops knocking on the door. By the time I get up and out of bed the cops have left. mom wonders where my truck is and i tell her. but dont mention the bread. feed her a line about losing my contact and having to pull over to try and find it. we go to my truck. its still stuck. these redneck guys come out of the trailer next to my friends and offer to pull the truck out of the dirt with their bigger trucks. we accept the offer and by the time the guys get the truck out this old cop pulls up.
Old cop argues with my mom about why i was here (This Kid is up to No Good woman!!!! screams the cop) Mom calls him an asshole. He looks me in the eye and tells me who my dad is and my hatred of cops grows bigger and bigger. Cop threatens to write me a ticket for damaging property (apparently the guy was growing some crops in the field and I fucked them up) but is like "fill up the holes and we'll forget this happened" so I did that.
My friend never even found the bread. has no idea that it ever happened. idk what happened to it.
we were smoking a blunt in public lol
we had a roach left
and my friend had pills in his pocket but the police didn't investigate him
"yes officer this is a blunt and it is almost finished"
"you two boys are going to get charged but since it's just a small little thing.."
my friend: "i've been charged with possession of drugs before"
me: "will this go in my record it's too clean"
officer: "maybe you should bite the bullet for your friend and get charged"
me: "i don't even live in manhattan...i live in...new jersey, are you going to go through all that trouble for someone that came from new jersey?"
officer: "just come with me"
i only had my nj state id with me because i've been too lazy to re-new it for a new york one lol and wanted to see if he was a lazy cop but i guess not
and we sat next to some alcoholic twenty somethings that were sobbing their eyes out and i took an adderall while the police was filing a report on me lol
my charges were all dropped when i arrived to court
"you look like a nice kid, don't do it again and we'll drop the charges"
thank god hurricane sandy happened because it caused a lot of trouble there and they didn't want to deal with petty bullshit like drug possession
my boyfriend says that it'll still be on my record??
but he likes messing with me and making me paranoid :'(
also i got charged for 'stealing' for not wanting to pay for a metrocard and getting free access to the subways
i lied and said i was homeless and sleep-deprived from being out in the streets and didn't know what day it was, and they felt bad and let me go
in reality i was sleep-deprived from doing drugs

i've been stopped for speeding four times, no tickets though. one instance was total bullshit though, the guy stopped me for going 2 mph over the speed limit. i got the feeling he actually stopped me for some other reason but he didn't say what it was.
also in my senior year of high school i and a bunch of friends were driving around in an escalade and got stopped for apparently not making a full stop at a stop sign but he checked ALL of us for drinking

i was once driving a car with me and Friends and they threw a whole 64 carton of eggs on One car while driving and it was in the newspaper the next day but i wasn't pulled over or anything.

my most memorable are the time where i had a belt in my teeth and the inside car light on with spoon and glass tray and other works on the dashboard, cop slowed down and crawled past the car but KEPT DRIVING
the time i was on mushrooms on the beach and a cop came up to me with his light and asked me what i tried to hide in my hood and if i was tripping (i was holding mushrooms)
the time i got followed by a cop down a dead-end street, and made up a story that i was trying to follow my phone's directions to a friend's house while high off my ass on coke+x
the time i had a DMT making setup on a table conveniently near the apartment's back door, and cops came banging on it when neighbors reported weed smell .. had my face shoved between the door and doorframe, high off my ass, and refused to let them in lol
the time i happened to walk past my neighbor's window when someone said "im fucking calling the cops", then got everyone out and went around the corner and watched the cops go bang on the door and leave
when we got pulled over in the middle of Utah for 'dangerous driving', accused of having drugs in the car because of what was [seriously] Hostess donut powder on the dashboard
when we got pulled over in northern Nevada by a cop who questioned both of us separately on the side of the road about where we were going, coming from, transporting (as if we were drug runners), what my job is, etc
honorable mention: the time a cop followed me with its lights off for 20 minutes on the gunflint trail while high off my ass on coke+x (ended up being a ghost cop that my friend only thought was there)
never been arrested, never been charged with anything other than traffic offenses. happydood;

lol the only time i've ever really had an encounter that i had to deal with was on July 3rd
my friend and i were lighting off fireworks in my back yard for like an hour (so stupid lol) and the cops came and were like "were you guys lighting off fire works?" and we were like no and then this fireworker gave us a lecture on fire safety and left
then they went to my backyard with flashlights and even though there was definitely some debris they left

I spent a week in jail for kicking in a door drunk as fuck.
one time i was on the roof of a warehouse and we heard these loud noises and it was mexicans boarding up a window and then the guy next door saw us and called the cops and they came and searched the building and we gave up before they found us and suddenly there were cops all around us with guns out threatening to blow our heads off and they handcuffed us on the catwalk and had to break the window back open to get us out lol. 7hrs jail released on recognizance with midemeanor trespass charges. went to court and the complainant didn't show up so charges were dropped
then one time we had a halloween party on the roof of an office building and suddenly there were cops there oops. 4 hrs at one jail then transfered to another one for 4 more hours. misdemeanor trespass. didn't get to make a phone call so didnt meet bail so we went to court that day. plea bargain got us 20 hrs community service and 6 months court supervision.
then another time (while on court supervision) we were hopping this consturction fence out of an under construction underground freeway interchange tunnel thing and there was an unmarked cop car that slammed into reverse and hopped out and searched us and whatever. My friend had two lockpicks in his camera case that they didn't find (felony to posess lockpicks in IL) and I had two large flathead screw drivers (one with an obviously bent tip) in my coat pocket that they somehow missed?? also my other friend had a 200 year old brick that he took from an abandoned subway tunnel in his backpack and they didn't think anything of that? they just kept asking us if we were protesters or anarchists (this was a couple months before the NATO thing in Chicago) and we told them we were photography students and they let us go. really lucky, as 3 of the 4 of us were on court supervision for the haloween party incident.
another time me and a friend came out of this steel mill we were exploring to find a cop searching his car. we got the gun barrel again. when he searched us and found his hitter box he threw it in the grass away from us and pretended he didn't see it. did the same thing with my knife. wrote us trespassing tickets and then told us to pick up our stuff so we dont litter but not to use it while driving. lol. tickets got dropped when the cop didnt show up for court.
another time i was at my friends house and the cops came to his neighbors house and we were all so fucked that we thought they were coming for us so the 4-5 of us who were under 21 ran out the back door and like 3 of us ended up throwing up on the track at the middle school from running while so drunk
on election night we were playing the limbo at like 4 am and the neighbors called the cops and my friend got beligerent with them because he was dumb and drunk but these two girls flirted with the cops and saved the day and they left.
another time i was walking around drunk ranting about this girl who is really hot but doesn't shave her pits and these cops who overheard me started commisserating with me and it was kinda weird
another time we had just come out of this manhole by the state capitol (in MN) and these cops saw us climb over the fence. I think and then they pulled us over (i wasn't driving) like two blocks away for allegedly running a stop sign and asked us all sorts of questions but then let us go
another time i was seen going in this grate to get to this tunnel system and i was waiting in there with a group of people for some more people ot come and they were really late, and then all the sudden we all started choking and coughing and couldnt breathe so we went to where there was better airflow and exited a different way, a bit over a mile from where we came in. turned out that someone saw us go in and called the cops. the cops set a trap by the grate and arrested two of our friends when they opened it, and then fired tear gas and pepper spray in the tunnel. friends got released because city attorney ruled illegal search and seizure
Yeah I was walking through Bushwick with a cigar. Then I see a cop van across the street but I think nothing of it. The cops then drive up to me and three dudes get out the van and proceed to interrogate me. At first they thought I was smoking pot (apperently the way I smoke cigars looks as if I'm smoking pot) and proceed to inhale the shit out of my cigar. When they are disappointed to find out that it is in fact a legal cigar, they ask for my ID because apparently I look like im 15 years old. I give them my ID, and they still cannot believe that I'm 18 and spend a good five minutes staring at my ID. Then they let me go
I proceeded to laugh all the way to Bed-Stuy since they tried to get me in trouble for two different reasons and neither one turned to be legit
i was pullled over one time for having a headlight out in scottsdale and they found weed and a pipe in my car and then they arrested me and impounded my car and the whole arrresting process i thought it seemed fake and then i never got a ticket or anything it was weird
I got pulled over by an undercover cop because he somehow misread my inspection sticker. He got out of his car walked to the front of mine, told me to get out of here, and then drove off. Thankful for that because my friend had a nice amount of weed in her bag I didn't know about until we were getting pulled over.
Second time for a broken headlight, the cop ran my information, told me to slow down a little and get it fixed, then left.
So far I'm lucky with cops

Me and some friends got banned from the mall for doing burnouts in the mall parking lot (the friend that was driving was a retard and decided to park once we spotted the mall rent a cops coming out way in their CR-V, so the mall cops blocked us into the parking spot we ended up in) so they called the police and took our information down, then the rent a cops took our pictures and information down.
I got arrested for tagging the art building to our high school with some friends, was on probation until senior year.
College:
Police showed up at a house party my freshman and asked everyone for their IDs from everyone who ended up staying, the owner of the house got a ticket for noise violation and everyone else was told to stay inside for the rest of the night.
i do have a few cop stories...but nothing on my record

so MONTHS after i broke up with my girlfriend (who was living with me at the time, yes i know, poor choices etc) she came to my apartment one night and knocked for an hour straight then called the cops. My good fortune led me to answer the door on the first knock from the cops. I was wearing boxers and my sleeping face mask the officer told me she said I was holding her mail and I calmly explained she had been blowing up my phone every day and i had already told her more than once that id handle it if i got any of her mail. Then I questioned why she hasn't done a change of address when she'd been moved out for months and was expecting important mail. Then I told the cops I dont have any of her mail and I have no intent of holding mail. He explained the severity of holding someone's mail and I reiterated. Then he said she said I had some of her belongings. I said not to the extent of my knowledge but I'd be more than happy to return anything. The cop asks her what I have and she yelled "my detergent" and im like uh.. I wasnt aware you forgot your detergent but if you tell me where it is I can give it to you.. and the cops like "you can buy new deterg- anything of value...like furniture, clothing, electronics?" "I JUST WANT MY MAIL" officer: HE DOESNT HAVE YOUR MAIL. that was pretty much it. After that she blows up my phone saying she's gonna call the cops every night til she gets her mail. fun fact: i got some of her mail months later, i gave it back to the postman and told him idk who this is
