my friend jim (the sandland guy) has something like a tiny home. at sandland there are no zoning laws except for septic systems, so we could build a tiny home without putting it on a trailer.

its 8 x 12 on a concrete block foundation, rollup garage door, full length loft that sleeps 5, air conditioning, heat, ect. i designed it. innitial build cost about $950, total cost around $1600 with heater, electric, insulation, ect.
