She stole over $6000 worth of possessions. This includes my games, computer, and all clothes we didn't pack for a 3 day trip to NYC.
She filed a false missing person's report when we went to NYC even though we kept telling her we were in NYC. She refused to believe us and called the cops on me, my family, and friends.
She's showing up at a friend's workplace and harassing her.
She stole $5500 from my woman's bank account.
We're currently hiding from her and we don't know whether we'll be able to go to college next semester due to my woman's lack of money and having to go to court and whatever to get this bitch in prison. akudood;

That's all good news (except the psychological abuse part, obviously), so it sounds like from this point you're gonna end up on top.
Worst case scenario, she destroys all your stuff, as well as all of the evidence, and kills you. But I mean, that's absolute worst case. You'll probably be fine.
Jesus, Ron, I'm really sorry. Hopefully not all of your stuff is missing/ruined, your woman's stuff can all be recovered, the trial can happen soon, and you both get compensated for your troubles.
Might seem like a silly idea, but perhaps tell this story to Reddit and offer a pay-what-you-want model for your game? Could help a bit and you have a valid reason to do it.

I have a voicemail from her saying she was tossing it out and a police officer basically has an admission of guilt. The only thing we need to really take her to court to argue is the $5500 she stole from my woman, because it was in a joint bank account and we can prove my girlfriend earned it through paycheck stubs, etc. The problem is that it's a joint bank account so her mom
technically can withdraw the money, but we know she was doing it as a means of controlling my girlfriend. This same police officer has handled similar cases and is on our side for this as well, because she personally advised the dumb bitch not to touch the money because she would face some pretty severe consequences.
