thread to talk about the Mass Effect trilogy.
I started playing Mass Effect 2 last week (since I sold my Xbox and wanted to finish Mass Effect 3 I had to start over) and now just beat it again with almost full paragon (Jack died because I hate her) and I destroyed the collector base. Then I told the Illusive Man 'I'm sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you. I'm getting a lot of bullshit on this line.' after he bitched at me for destroying the collector base.
Started the first mission of Mass Effect 3 again last night, and I still love it.
This trilogy is probably my favs trilogy from this generation
so yeah, talk about Mass Effect here
Fantastic trilogy. Do not listen to ANYONE about the ending. Don't ruin it for yourself. It's one of those things you'll just have to see for yourself. I think it was fine, and with the free ending elaboration DLC, it's explained very well.
This series was, IMO, the most ambitious, and successful projects ever. But anyway, i really liked 3.
it has so many epic moments in it. Ill think you'll love it...

I have 1 and 2. Still playing through the first one. Haven't put that effort into it and not sure where I left off. First thought of the series was, oh hey, Carth.

yeah I average around 20 hours so unless he's wasting a lot of time he should be about done

probably slightly less than 20, i'm not entirely sure really
All I've done is gotten the first batch of recruits, the last part I've gotten to was that farm planet with the collector fight.

the main story averages about 25 hours
but if you do every single thing in the game it takes about 35-45 hours.

well i probably won't do every single thing but i'll do a lot of it, and I'm somewhat slow at games anyways, so yeah it probably will take me around there
great series. i wouldn't call it my favorite this generation or something, but i nonetheless loved both me1 and 2. i'll get 3 probably around christmas or something.
