So my uncle has reached a very advanced stage of cancer, one which had no symptoms until recently when he fell ill. They think it started as pancreatic cancer, but due to his violent mood swings (which he has always been an emotionally stable person) and childlike mindeset, they have found that it has gone as far as his brain.
So just keep me and my family in your thoughts. I'll probably be in and out due to family business.
He's my favorite uncle, and this is very hard for me. The doctors say he has only a few weeks to live.

I had an aunt who passed a few years ago from cancer after a lengthy and really hopeful looking remission period.
Cancer can go to hell.
