probably one of the fire escapes that was on the side of my friends apartment
I don't like heights where I can easily fall to a lower height. The highest ladder I've climbed was probably about 21 feet or so back in the old country to some barn upper roof floor area so that I could more easily hunt birds with my sling shot. I bagged quite a few birds up there.
Does a man-lift belt qualify? If so, 12 storeys.

The corporate ladder. When I got to the top, I kicked it over for the sake of it.
Also, I used to paint, so I used to hang off of forty foot ladders and swat at wasp nests with a two inch china bristle brush.
When I think of Boognish, I only think of Jacob's Ladder.

i climbed on top of my campus's art building last friday!
we had to climb some pipes onto the first roof and then this really tall ladder (maybe 3 stories high?) until we got to the top
it was fun
