Recently I was thinking about how the internet, or at least what most people use the most, is increasingly dominated by the large social networks, apps, and how it seems that a lot of traditional internet heavy-hitters have been forced to partner with these large sucking corporations in order to survive. I was thinking about my internet usage, when I realized that a lot of what I do on the internet, at least what I care the most about, is hidden password-protected discussion and content. For example, most urban exploration content is hidden, and of course Boyah is as well. Do you guys visit other hidden places?
Not necessarily, but I hold a lot of value in smaller forums. Probably because I've always been active on one since I was in 9th grade, but there is something about small internet communities that I fucking love.
