Post the homework you just love to do.
Right now I'm working on proofs for my logic class and I'm having fun. It's satisfying making one conclusion that allows the rest of the problem to fall perfectly in place and you can finish up a 029420948209 line proof with no difficulty beyond the initial assumptions.
Also, any programming assignment that involves making a huge-ass application from scratch gives me a boner. 5thgrade;
I used to love writing papers that were like an analysis on something, like book reports or whatever.
I also liked, back in elementary school, when the teacher would give us an opportunity to write our own stories.
well that's easy, my favorite homework was always for my creative writing classes, considering that's basically who i am. particularly when it came to the three fiction classes i took. the two nonfiction ones weren't quite as fun, nor were the two poetry ones, nor the the general introductory creative writing class. fiction was by far the best.
watching movies as homework for film classes was always great too

My sci-fi and my fantasy homework assignments are really fun. I get to read really good short stores and then in class discuss the theories behind them.
I haven't had any homework I really liked yet
My programming classes so far have somewhat dull assignments (in Java too) and math classes haven't gotten very good yet. Can't remember anything outside of class from public education that I cared for either.
all of my homework right now is just studying for the most part but for projects i enjoy my voice recordings and anything relating to my major which would be audio or video production.

after effects and video projects can get p. fun sometimes
and html/css stuff

i liked the homework that required little to no effort on my part, so french, history and government fit that bill pretty nicely
