Pretty much almost any hair metal. I used to listen to pretty much any popular band from the 60s, 70s and 80s when I was that age. I'll still listen to a lot of "classic rock" and now listen to stuff even older, but the 80s schlock has fallen by the wayside pretty much entirely.

dude i just threw on the the ugly organ for the first time in like at least 4 years, that shit is still good even if it is incredibly depressing

but my 14 year old self was rocking some dark side of the moon and wish you were here, neither of which i have heard since

yeah I think it's the only "emo" music I would still listen to, definitely the only emo music I would still consider good
