FUCK I HATE IT

I get home and the first thing I always do is turn my laptop on. I could be doing so many productive things but instead I waste my time reading bullshit on reddit or lurking smashboards.

I started using the internet lots in 2006 as sort of a social escape, since I didn't have a lot of friends at the time. I've had some amazing times on the web through various forums and mediums, but now it's so pointless. All the people I actually care about I see in real life or talk to on the phone. I definitely don't need the internet for a socializing anymore, but what now? I'm hardly a recognized member on Boyah, even though I almost always have a tab for it open and spend a significant time of time on here.
And reddit sucks now. The only subreddits that aren't memedumps that I actively enjoy are r/drugs, r/games, r/truegaming, and r/smashbros. The latter is hardly active, and I don't even play videogames recreationally besides Melee, so I don't know why I even bother with r/games or truegaming. I do like r/drugs a lot though.
Facebook is idiotic now. It was fun in highschool, since just about every person at my school used it and it was a great way to continue (false) socializing after school got out. I hardly see anything interesting anymore, and like I mentioned, I do a good enough job socializing IRL that it doesn't make sense for me to mindlessly.

Yeah I think I have a problem too... though lately I've been better about it. We'll see though since it usually coincides with school
