I got the rest of my financial aid refund for the fall and they deposited it into my old account :| Now I need to take the time to go to the bank that I was planning on closing the account of. I even updated my bank info to avoid this.

yeah i have a knife in there, but i don't think i would ever resort to violence over money. at least not right now

I've been locked out of my online banking account for over a year. I've given up trying to get them to unfreeze it.
Same thing goes with phone banking.

But on subject, I use a credit union and they're AWESOME.
I have a credit union too. However the school sent my direct deposit to the old bank account which is why I'm pissed.
