Title: My neighbor is crying
Post by: Samus Aran on December 07, 2011, 11:34:34 PM
Well, shit. That's depressing. Hearing someone cry is one of the worst things. I hope things get better for him.  :(

What if he's laughing?

Sometimes I watch funny movies with my headphones and laugh really hard..  And I always wonder whether my neighbor thinks I'm laughing or crying.

But either way, you should be his friend if he's cool.

One time one of my best friends was over and there were like 10 of is hanging out in our living room and he got a phone call and left and then like 5 minutes later he was crying in the bathroom and everyone could hear him and it went onfor like 45 minutes and it was so awful.

Turned out his mom had died.

Why the hell did they tell him over the phone?   akudood;

Because some people don't bother checking if it's a good time or place to deliver such information.

I had this discussion with my grandmother the other day. If I was out with friends or something, I would prefer being told over the phone that someone has died, than I would being told something happened but not what till I got home, or just not being told till I got there.

I'd rather be told over the phone so I can grieve by myself and not have to hug other crying people

I'd rather one person told me face to face then left me alone. The phone just seems so cold.
