While I agree it should be a right, I don't see it ever being amended into the constitution. The process for which is ridiculously difficult and in most cases not worth trying. Not to mention I can think of a bazillion other things that should be amended in before making the internet an unalienable right.

I think some anti-PROTECT-IP petition actually raised 700k or so signatures and enough media that even republicans are saying it probably has no chance of passing now.

and I think the constitution SHOUD BE THE INTERNET
