If anyone would be willing to part with a GameBoy Player for a fair price, let me know. I think that might be pretty cool.

Let me know so I can have it shipped out your way.
What do they run for? They are $30-40 on eBay which is a bit more than I want to pay, maybe you can get me a nice deal wariodood;

I believe they were all shifted to "Used" (since they lost money on them), so they're $19.99.
oh cool. Can you take PayPal, check, or do you want this all in Lüts? Tell me the total with shipping to 90066 and you will have it my friend.

I'll PM you all the info and shit saturday. I'll double check to see if I still have it (had it last night).
awesome thanks :O
This was actually one of my more recent purchases, I got mine of ebay for $10. Timing is everything on ebay, one week they're $40, then a few deals slip by for a steal, and then they're back at $40.
gamestop has them listed as $10

yeah, if you're lucky enough to be near a gamestop that has one in stock.
I'll just build one, they're basically just a gb connector and link cable right?

No, I'm fairly sure it's more than just a cartridge connector directly wired to Gamecube's serial port. These aren't the sort of things that can be easily manually crafted.
