Despite the fact that I'm probably never going to sue Sony, I don't like being told I can't. :'(

it seems microsoft has placed a similar clause in their latest tos: http://www.1up.com/news/xbox-live-terms-of-service-block-class-action-lawsuit

it's not like i don't care about there being an arbitration clause. for people who want to opt out of it, i'm glad that they can, and it's sort of a dick move on sony's part for such a clause to be there.

but i don't PERSONALLY care to have to write a letter to them just to opt out.
