can't afford one. cheapest one i've found near my work and school is like $450 a month which is over half my monthly income. a better job is out of the question at this point because i doubt i'll find a better job than 13/hr part time with full benefits plus i get $3000 a year to go to school.

well shit, if you can get someplace for half your income, that's a good place to start (if you make ~800/mo and find a place for 400, that's a good amount extra to pay for food and drugs and gas). just be wise with money. got to get out on your own.

i make usually between $700-$750 but i just got tranferred to a new department. was making 12.30/hr now i'm making 13/hr. not sure how many hours i'll be getting.tonight is my first night.
my sister told me i'd want to spend 1/3 of my income on rent. i'm pretty good with money, i have a few grand saved up from working in high school and the past year and 1/2. i just need to make sure i have enough for money. i pay $300 a month for rent to may parents and if i move out i'll have to pay for car insurance all by myself. i'm picky about food. has to be mostly organic, always have to have fresh fruit and veggies and quality meat. i drink 1/2 gallon of milk a day. i'm training for a powerlifting competition so food is a major priority.
i have trouble paying for this stuff now, if i cancel out weed that an extra $20-40 a week. i'd like to live somewhere close so I can ride my bike everywhere. but that's the catch - nowhere close is cheap!!!
idk i wish i had friends to move in with.
