Jim V's newest track takes on a religious inspiration.
Listen to JesusTheSong now (http://www.last.fm/music/Jim+V/Boyah+and+Marinated+Chicken/JesusTheSong)
thots?!
groddy dood
that's actually pretty cool
did you make it in garageband?
yes.
the song expresses jim v's forlorn hope for salvation but the pain of the realization that he will die as will all humanity.
it's a coming of age tale detailing how he comes to terms with this and by the end he has ascended into the ether of life.
best new music
why is it 30 seconds preview
'Balto' is still your masterpiece. it's emotionally.. ripping.
oh god
ooohooohohohohhhh baltoo
i liked jim v before it was cool to like jim v, back when he made rougher stuff like "aliens"
it was less refined but it really hit closer to home, emotionally speaking
he is currently working on a full length track

hey FUCK YOU man, jim v makes a lot of different stuff that you couldn't even understand without being really into dogs and coonholing.
I mean, yeah, his earlier stuff like 'aliens' is really good, but it lacks that depth and refinement that his newer work has -- 'JesusTheMan' isn't even quite there, I think 'balto' really captured exactly the tone of the time it was made in. Anyone can listen to it and get something out of it from any angle. Hopefully the new stuff is more like 'balto'.
