Is it normal to just randomly get tunnel vision every once in a while for no reason, and then it closes in on you completely and you can't see so you just have to stand still and wait for everything to return back to normal? Because I do that sometimes, and I didn't know if other people do too.
Drink more water.
And yes, it happens to me about three times a year. When my vision returns, I get a KILLER headache. However, if I drink buckets of water during an episode, I can usually avoid a headache all together and my vision returns quicker.
i wish i was unhealthy :(
What no. How do people have these problems?

It's happened to me.
I don't know why, maybe i need to eat more carrots
I get head rushes so many times all the time daily but less so when I'm not doing so many psychedelics (right now I'm not going so many psychedelics)
It happens when you don't drink, eat, or sleep enough. Essentially, you have a lack of energy and your body can't function normally.

Sometimes when I stand up too quickly, my peripheral vision will fade to black, slowly closing in toward the center of my vision until I can barely see at all. I get lightheaded and have to wait a few seconds before I can see again. It's rare but it happens.
I'm pretty sure this is what he's describing.
Oh. Well that would suck. Sounds like death is closing in

For an hour +. Sometimes it lasts for multiple.
My shortest episode was 30 minutes. Generally I go completely blind before my vision starts returning.
I'm guessing you don't have it this bad. saddood;
