snakedood; This is effectively how I feel. Seizures, maybe not.
But right now I realize I'm pretty fuckin' anemic or soemthing. I'm increasing my iron and taking iron supplements right now, but even thinking can make me dizzy at times right now. I'm also taking soy lecithin for other purposes. n_u
It makes me sad that boners can probably put me in a coma now.
Suggestions?

Make sure you are getting the right amount of each type of food, particularly fruits and protein. Also don't drink things other than water and juice. Once you feel like you can exercise a but, start doing so and slowly build up. Excersise is so good for me when I feel shitty. Also take cold showers like twice a day.
