Maybe we could do them with less categories and only one RELIABLE person presenting
I think we do need less categories, and more organization and actually working on the damn thing to get it done on time. If a person doesn't do their video by a certain deadline, give it to someone else who we know will actually do it.
This is in preparation for 2013 right?

i say we just recycle the good categories from previous years, that'll help some goodjob;
there should probably be less categories, and possibly we could think of some other cool things to do... like contest awards maybe where people respond with their entry? best home page idea
