I've just discovered that Encyclopedia Dramatica, our favorite source for internets, has converted into this horrible site permanently: http://ohinternet.com/

Apparently they wanted to 'tone it down' and remove the graphic porn and other offensive bits. Judging by the stupid layout and abundance of ad space on the new site, I'm guessing it's a bad decision by whoever owns it to cash in

does anyone know of a secret place where ED continues to exist (besides google cache)?

yeah i found out a couple days ago

honestly i don't care because memes find their way all over the place already anyway so why would i need to research them? plus i don't care about internet culture much anymore anyway. most of it is balls.

and as a site in itself, ed honestly sucked. pretty much the finest example of "trying too hard" ever.
