My weight ranges from 130-150 lbs.
I have been 135 for years.
102lbs
well i haven't weighed myself in months, but at my heaviest over christmas break i was at 120...but i'm sure i've gone back down to around 117 or so by now. maybe even less. i generally stay in a range of 114-120.
By taking the average heights and weights of Boyah I have computed our BMI to be roughly 20.5. That is in the range of normal weight. Congratulations hocuspocus;
I don't even know my weight n_u last i checked I was around 150 but I am pretty sure I lost weight
mfw I just weigh again and I am really 98 >.<

i think mine is barely under, by a couple pounds.
Over the course of a year I tend to fluctuate between 140 and 160, but I'm 145 right now so I put that.
i have absolutely no idea but probably like 130-140
I've been in the same weight range for about the past 3 years. Usually I'm anywhere between 140 and 150, but I've been as high as 155 before. My metabolism is a god.

I'm usually one or two points above the underweight margin.

Ok, I'm down from 185 to 160... I don't think that's healthy
I'm 5'11'' and in the 180-185 range and I'm still pretty thin. I can't even picture how skinny some of you must look with the numbers you're posting. Pretty much everyone who's posted in this thread needs to gain weight, in my opinion.
Weird, bmi says that's overweight girl;

It's really hard when you're poor and can't afford to eat a lot.

Not sure if you're kidding or not, but BMI assumes that a person is sedentary and therefore doesn't take body composition into account. It's meant to measure populations, not individuals, since the vast majority of people in any population will be sedentary.

Yeah, it can be tough, especially if you have a fast metabolism, which I'm assuming you have. When you can afford to eat more, I suggest taking up weight training as well. And this advice applies to most of the people here, not just you--especially the ones who are 6'4'' and only weigh 160, if there's anyone here like that.

I suppose I should try weight training... I just feel like an idiot on the machines, and I don't know what to do with the free weights.

yeah it really helps to know a good lifter to help you get started. if nothing else just do static holds
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHnMp8J-nzM&feature=fvst
all you have to do is stand there and keep your body tense. you can actually get pretty buff from just doing that exercise. just do 3 sets for 20 sec with heavyweight then one more set medium weight for as long as you can, do that 3 times a weeks and you'll see improvements. as long as you're focusing on keeping all of your muscles tense it'll get you pretty strong.

I have pretty good upper body strength already from dancing, though. I just need more muscle density. Will static lifts build muscle? confuseddood;
