What would we set the limit to?  I mean obviously $10-20 would probably be the best.

If you're paranoid about having a package sent to your house, you can get a small PO box for six months that will be rather cheap.  For example, if I got a 8x14cm PO box at the downtown post office, it'd only be fourteen dollars.
