It's 57F here right now, and I think that's somewhat chilly. For me, cold starts around 45 or so.

i've been out in the snow in shorts and a t-shirt walking for a mile for basic food supplies
and no nyerp i can't sleep in 20 degree weather i obviously can go without sleeping the entire winter

I, sadly, have a rather low cold tolerance thanks to silly Florida. At least, compared to that of you all. I'd say 60F or so.
Yet, my cold tolerance is much greater than that of nearly all other Floridians. To them, below 70 is cold and low 60s is "freezing". I'm most comfortable at about 70 and don't tend to feel uncomfortable without a jacket in the low 60s, but wear a jacket anyways because I'm called a freak trying to catch a cold otherwise.

Cold starts well below freezing. If I have to wear a coat, the wind chill is probably approaching zero.
