I don't get how anyone can oversleep and not wake up in time with a proper internal clock.
Before sleeping I tell myself, wake up at 6:15, and I always wake up at 6:15 or a minute or two earlier. I never really use an alarm clock because they annoy the hell out of me and go off all day if you just hit snooze and walk off.
Anyone else aware of their internal alarm clock and use it effectively? I am curious how anyone can survive without one.
that doesn't make any sense
kono never makes sense
everyone's built with an internal alarm clock
kono are you a robot
wow seriously never heard of this?
It's pretty common.

Internal clock != internal alarm clock
Mine works like 70% of the time, but I always have my alarm go off just in case.
I completely lack this ability.
I'm usually way too tired to care about my internal alarm, so I let my external one scream at me girl;
my internal clock always shifts around between 6 am and 10 am
i'm pretty much the same way
i've never had trouble waking up in the morning
For me, the process of setting my alarm clock sets myself internally. If I just tell myself to wake up at a certain time, there is only about a 40% chance that I will do it, but if I set my alarm clock, there is a 95-100% chance that I will wake up naturally 2-5 minutes before I set my alarm to go off. Thus, I am always shocked to hear my alarm go off, because it only actual goes off about once a month, and that's usually when I get less than 4 hours of sleep. I find it convenient.
Depends on off I get 6+ hours of sleep and I had been waking up at that time for like 3 days prior. If I don't get enough sleep my body is just like fuck it, keep sleepin' man.
I use my internal clock, but it's broken and moves at half pace. My real clock also is a siren. I don't turn on the alarm on it ever, even on 'low' volume, since it's louder than the smoke detector.
