I plugged in my Apple Extended II again, AND IT WORKS. For some reason I'd been thinking for months that the ADB-to-USB adapter was broken again (I've re-soldered parts of it several times to make my precious Extended compatible), and forgot about it.
Now I can go back to the clean, spritely, Alpine-switched orgasm that is typing on this keyboard:

The depth and sensitivity of the keys is exactly right, with real mechanics instead of the rubber/plastic shit modern keyboards use. I can type probably 20% faster on this, it's just indescribably well-built and perfec
I'm not exaggerating, if you tried one (or an IBM Model M or similar old school perfect keyboard, although not every old keyboard is good) you'd realize what you've been missing.
