Title: i hate my sleep habits

ok, so i think i may have found out why i have insomnia so often; my sleep window is at 6:00 at night. so basically i should go to bed right after work, wake up at 3:00am and start my day then. i've always noticed i can fall asleep easily then but never actually tried basing my days around it but for the past 2 days i have and i feel good!! i'm not excessively tired like a normally am. usually i'm tired all day everyday but i feel refreshed!!!

this sucks.

this sucks. there's nothing to do but watch tv or play video games or read. which is basically all i do anyway so i'm not sure why it matters to me BUT IT DOES.

no. i don't drink caffeine nor do i smoke cigarettes nor do i drink.

that's better than feeling tired at 5-6am and wanting to sleep until 2:30pm every day
