How did we end up at this phase of our lives?

Are you heavily involved in forums? Boyah? outside life? Work? School?
I'll tell my story.
Back in 2003, I joined HTS. I was 13. HTS moved to NSider, and I was busy at the time so I didn't notice.
Then I joined NSider. Became absorbed. Then Gaia. Then a mix.
Then I tried to live my life at the age of 16, made mistakes. Eventually came back.
In this mix there was #nintendo and outsider. Then I died off from everything when NSider was shut down. I turned 18. Went to Ct. Came back to Louisiana. Got a job. Did alot of drugs, girls, and drinking. Joined the Air Force.
And my life up until then has been work everyday, drinking whenever I've had the chance, and and then I fell in love. I became so in tune with this girl I haven't touched. I'm supposed to get married in December. And depending on if she gets a student loan in the next 4 days, she will or will not live with me here in Japan.
Oh, and while I've been here, I've spent time with Kaki. Which was pretty surreal.
Now, I'm drunk and telling you guys my story, and waiting for my girl to wake up.
So I want to view your stories, on life, and how you came to come to this forum.
<2005: Cartoon Network/Pet Forums (Even to this day, that forum was so incredibly tight-knit that we've exchanged money and shit with one another...I'll never forget them :'()
2005: Nsider with my FRAND FROM SCHOOL
2007: cfalcon invited me to outsider
2008-9: outsider died and i was forced to come here

2006 - Outsider
2008 - Boyah (but have visited the site before with other accounts)
Damn,
-I joined Nsider in like 2005 and became a nuisance
-Then I came here in 2007
-Dropped all forums and got a life
-Came back this year for the lulz
All that felt like a million years ago, and I with I should apologies for my behavior back then
- Joined NSider when I was eleven and stayed until it died
- Came here during Christmas break of two years ago because I was bored
- Joined NSider 2 and stopped coming to Boyah that much
- Never goes to forums ever anymore
2004 - NSider
2007 - Outsider (lol)
2007 - Boyah
2004-5 - lurked nsider
2006 - joined nsider
2006 - banned camp powerspike etc
2007 - boyah
2004 - joined nsider. i was either 13 or 14 i can't exactly remember. it became my social life basically.
2006 - i joined outsider. i mostly lurked there.
2007- joined nsider2 and boyah after nsider closed. never posted here. mostly went to nsider 2 or outsider.
2008 - forgot about nsider2 and outsider
2009 - started posting again at nsider2 for nostalgic reasons. got hooked again after seeing familiar faces (awwwww)
2010 - remembered boyah existed, luckily i remembered my password and now i'm here.
I joined NSider in 2003, left it for large portions of 2005-2006, and offered to host Boyah sometime near the end of NSider (2007?)
It hasn't had much at all to do with the rest of my life

I remember SolidSNK, we were possibly some permutation of internet friends (FerretFreak)... goddamn I remember all those people, particularly Nindgod), it really was a fucking culture. I guess message boards about nintendo that move that fast are addicting (at that age) akudood;
outsider was my outlet, from life and everything that was going on, for a good 3 or so years. nsider before it, was a creative outlet, in a way, because i got to experiment with project planning and all that, which were things I couldn't do in real life being a 12 year old. and gamefaqs had nubs to make fun of.
boyah is kind of my rebound. i only love her because im still crushed over life doing me the way she did, but i think its time to move on.

Friend from school introduced me to Outsider in '06, and it became the abusive parent I always needed. I left and sorted a few things out, and went back energized and a lot more active and more stable. Started posting on boyah after a few successive Boyah crashes, and found that people were just more pleasant here. I still hop in on Outsider, but it's too much of a chatroom. Boyah isn't what it was, but then again, neither am I. Glad to have grown up with y'all...I actually wrote down all the usernames of users on these forums in a book, to be filled up with basic information and things.

2006 - Joined Nsider to circlejerk about the wii and stuff
Early 2007 - Was invited to IFCA
2007 - Spent a shit ton of time on IFCA, got really tight with the community (I miss so many of those people) and was invited to Boyah by SBKT late 2007
2008 to Early 2010 - IFCA eventually died off when the forum started moving a lot due to crashes, hacking attempts, admin changes, etc, so I started to spend a lot of time on Boyah, and a little on GBAtemp, which I still like to check occasionally. Also, Reddit.
Present - Almost exclusively Boyah and Reddit. My social life has picked up a ton since I started on the internet, and now that I have something better to do than spend my time on message boards, I haven't been as active. But I love having a forum that I can check a couple times a day and I really hope that you guys don't fall apart since I love it here and I love you guys hocuspocus;
