I mean for the last week or so, I've been getting like one meal a day, easily under 1000 calories per day. As a result I've been really fatigued all the time, but I'm just not motivated to eat, ever. I used to snack all the time but it's just not there anymore. Do think that this is a result of depression? Since I've had a ton of that over the last week.
Potentially, I personally eat everything in the house when I'm down... Kind of odd for a swimmer to not eat more though. Just eat as you feel necessary and you'll get over it sooner or later I'm sure

Yeah the weirdest thing is that I started swim practice last week, so I've been working out in the pool a lot, which usually makes me hungrier than ever, but I don't know. Hopefully I can get back to normal soon before i die of starvation or something.
In your case, it is indeed mild depression. n_u
I hear marijuana gives you the munchies.
Eating is for fatasses anyway
idk how many calories i eat ishould count
it may have something to do with summer starting, I've noticed since I've been outside more each day I have been hungry much less. most days I eat some scattered snack-size things that add up to maybe a meal and a half
Just go to dunken donuts and buy a glazed donut and shove it down your skinny-ass throat. Big boys need to eat their food to become big, you want to become a big boy, dont you?
i don't eat when i work, which is most days. i have a hearty meal each night and scavenge during the day.
I eat one meal a day.
