Let me preface this by saying that at work we are only authorized to take in and do actual repairs on the school recommended Dell Laptops (lol contracts, dell is a whore, the other manufacturers won't let us open the machines. we aren't certified to work on the recommended apple ones).
After dealing with 100+ laptops since Wednesday all for one issue we ended up with a huge stack of computers. To ease organization we sorted them by model (D610, D620, D630, and E6400) and when students came to pick up their computers we asked what model they had. You wouldn't be surprised how many students said "Dell" or "the school recommended one"
