SOOOOOOOOOOO
I found some cool Talking Heads/David Byrne bootlegs, and I need to know how to get them onto my flash drive, and get them to play through iTunes.
course they could automatically play. I dunno. I've never downloaded anything from MEGAUPLOAD or RAPIDSHARE or whatever.
THEN. There is this. The Motherload.
http://talking-heads.nl/heaven/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6
It talks about a bunch of different formats or whatever, like .snh, and .mpg. Haven't heard of either of them.
Just...i dunno...tell me what to download or something. I got a 2 gb flash drive, so hopefully I can get all I need in one sitting.
i'm soooo computer illiterate.
.mpg is mostly video.
It can be used for audio but I haven't seen it used like that
shn is apparently a lossless codec
http://www.mediamonkey.com/ use someting like this or dbpoweramp or LAME to convert from shn -> mp3 or shn -> FLAC -> MP3

so I'm assuming I can convert .rar formats with this website as well, right? or, can iTunes just play it?
rar is a filetype like zip
you have to extract it

nvm, googled it. Got the frog rar extracter because it's got a cool frog pic, and it's simple to use.
thanks for the help!
