Okay guys I'm working on making a CMS. It's being written in PHP (aren't all web apps in PHP?).
So does anybody want to check it out when I finish it? It's pretty basic, and I've just recently started. It uses mysqli so PHP5 is required (and of course MySQL).
Also, does anybody know PHP and would be willing to answer questions I have from time to time?

I like CMSs as a concept but I've never found one I actually like so if you could achieve that I'd use it.
Cool beans. Don't expect anything too big, I'm just doing this in my free time.
