I do, expecially if Im staying with friends just incase some of them snore
Of course. I always have my Zune on shuffle when I'm in bed.
You should add a poll
Yeah, I often go to sleep listening to my MP3 player.
I have my ipod on as I am falling asleep since it has a speaker but not while I sleep or with headphones.
I can't listen to music while I sleep. Halfway through a song, while falling asleep, I remember I'm listening to music and get woken up.

oh k lol
I tried with my zune a few times but the earbuds hurt my ears when i rested on them, so sometimes i listen through the speaker in my alarm clock.
Yeah, especially if it's noisy since my earbuds are noise cancelling
I used to for a little while, until I woke up one day and my ipod's screen got cracked and one of my earbuds died.
Those were $100 earbuds... I had to buy new ones, so I don't sleep with them anymore.
I have never done this

what headphones do you use? The ones that come with the Zune (at least the ones that came with my 80, the deluxe ones) are quite comfortable to lay on. Pillow comfort is actually one of the things I take into account when getting headphones baddood;
yes hiro we know you love your fucking zune
All the time. A while ago, I actually had my earbuds in while sleeping, as opposed to just speakers.
Captain Beefheart fucked up my dreams. akudood;

I have an ipod touch so you go
Clock > timer > pick time > where it says when timer ends pick sleep ipod > start
then it sleeps as soon as it gets through the time
I used to for a while, but then I switched to watching TV while sleeping.
I used to, but then I thought negatively, and I was suddenly afraid that my earphone cords may somehow choke me while I sleep.
I also used my iPod as an alarm on my dock, so yeah.
Something I hated while I used to sleep with them was that If I were to lie on my left side, my left ear would suddenly get plugged my the earphone, and I was only able to hear my right hear.
And vice-versa.
You know?
it usually takes me 30-45 minutes to fall asleep, which I do every night listening to music... then I wake up at some point right afterward, take the headphones off, and go back to sleep. despite intense sleep deprivation, barring occasions where I pass out at my desk, this ritual happens every night
Ive only done it once
It was uncomfortable.
I would try it if I had an MP3 player. n_u
I just leave the computer on shuffle on a 'sleep' playlist.
But at a low volume level.
I can't because my brain starting thinking. I usually watch tv with the sleep button on.
I used to do that, but changed it to music playing in the background.
I could never sleep with headphones on. And I hate earbuds anyway, so there's no way I could sleep with those either. But I have experimented with listening to music while I sleep to see if it affects my dreams. All it does is wake me up about four hours in, even with my designated "sleep" playlist.
Really i could sleep with in ear earbuds, and i use my computer speakers now.
My designated sleep playlist consists of glen hansard, incubus, coldplay, and some owl city.
